North Carolina's foster care system is failing children and families, especially in rural areas. Tax dollars are being used inefficiently. Families lack support and resources. And children are caught in the middle, not getting the care they need.
The North Carolina Senate included reforms to fix this in their budget. Ask the House to do the same. North Carolina's children in foster care deserve quality, consistent and reliable care no matter where they live.
