America really is beautiful!
Aside from the sprawling landscapes (whether countryside or urban jungle), what makes America beautiful is what it stands for — life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
Here at the NC Coalition for Fiscal Health, we’re committed to helping our fellow North Carolinians live their healthiest lives, both physically and financially. (Fun NC Fact: North Carolina was one of the original 13 colonies. In fact, the first European settlement in the New World — i.e. America, took place on NC’s Roanoke Island. It went on to become the legendary Lost Colony.)
America is also complex, especially when it comes to things like healthcare. Healthcare is a big topic in North Carolina and we want better for everyone — no matter the political party.
We’ll get back to discussing these matters in depth, but in the meantime, we wish you all a festive day with friends and family as you enjoy fireworks, food, and freedom.
